Dual Extruder Setup for Prusa i3 Sunhokey with Auto Bed Leveling I'm excited to share my latest project, a fully-functional Dual Bowden Extruder setup designed specifically for the Prusa i3 Sunhokey, equipped with auto bed leveling capabilities. After extensive research and testing, I've successfully implemented dual color printing using various design inspirations: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:763804, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:742947, and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:817538. A new X carriage was added to accommodate Linear Bearings SCS8LUU (upgrade available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:813458). Note for Sunhokey 3D Printer Users If your Prusa i3 Sunhokey came with the MKS Gen 2Z V 1.1 board, please be aware that a second extruder cannot be added without upgrading the PBC board to MKS Gen V 1.1 and making modifications to the Marlin firmware Configuration.h and Pins.h files. Recent Upgrades Configuration.h and Pins.h files have been updated with custom settings for dual extrusion on an MKS Gen v 1.3 board with a Full Graphics Smart LCD setup. Setup Instructions To begin, I used the Cura engine to slice my models, specifically dual support.stl and fan_mount.stl, which required support material (Lines) and 30% infill during printing.
