This is likely the final version. Only minor adjustments will be made if necessary. I decided to use the original fan for cooling the stock extruder. It is mounted with a bracket and double-sided tape. The part cooling fan can be found on eBay and other online marketplaces for almost nothing, and it appears there's only one type that resembles this design. I removed the adjustment screw and spring, as they were a bit excessive. Instead, everything became lighter. If you don't have a BLTouch, simply skip that section. The nut for this part can be secured with glue or by melting material over the nut. Some M3 screws and nuts are required. Background... I wanted to print with materials requiring high temperatures, so I ordered an E3D. However, upon examining everything, I realized I didn't want to cut the original cables and felt it was wasteful not to use the original extruder. I decided to create a dual-head configuration. An additional Nema17 stepper and extruder can be found cheaply on eBay. Since I had already switched to a motherboard with more connections and possessed a BLTouch, it seemed logical to begin modeling. I needed to replace the original fan and used a commonly employed radial fan instead. The fan and duct are completely vibration-isolated due to being mounted with silicone hoses as dampers and fasteners. They're positioned in the Y direction rather than the standard X direction because the carrier shifts slightly when moving in the Z direction. Note that I have the version with one Z screw. Consequently, there may be some discrepancies between the nozzles due to this shift. One can notice it by moving the Z screw manually and observing the right side of the X rail. Mounting them in this manner ensures they shift equally and end up at the correct distance when switching extruders. You might know this, but since the mass is increased, there could be issues with resonances. It's simply a matter of decreasing the speeds. Just don't do it arbitrarily...
