Dual Extruder Fan Shroud V1

Dual Extruder Fan Shroud V1

This design, compatible with ToMs having dual extruders, employs a 60mm fan for optimal air flow beneath the nozzles. Cooling fan shrouds like this are space-limited due to dual extruders; however, it effectively directs air downward. Additionally, an r.Maker face is included in the model. Despite its effectiveness, some users dislike how it obstructs nozzle visibility during printing. A vertical fan design could be considered as a possible alternative, but may result in loss of the r.Maker head. The fan can also be used independently for style while protecting fingers from extruder fans. Before-and-after images showcase the fan's impact on print quality, especially with PLA. Installation requires 6 x M3 bolts (25mm), 6 M3 nuts, and a 60mm wide fan. The design attaches to the Z stage beneath the extruder mounting plate without screws for easy installation.
