I initially considered an origami-like flat design that could fold into shape but opted for printing the final form at 0.25mm thickness. You may encounter an issue with the X-Endstop switch not engaging due to extra print thickness; solutions include adjusting right wall's thickness or pulling the switch towards machine center a few millimeters carefully.
