I suggest scaling up this a bit (103-105%). I've noticed that the release was way way simpler and movement much smoother. Although 100% worked for us as well after more work. Please disregard the terrible overhangs and roughness of the print. This is one of my first dual color prints after modifying my tarantula, and the layer fan isn't really effective. Be gentle when trying to free this and work as per FragrantAbyss's instruction. If after freeing the wheel from the base nothing seems to move, pass an art knife through both sides of each bottom tab to make sure nothing is fused there, and you should be fine.
