It's a cable organizer for multiple monitor setups. With a support holding four screens, the various cords quickly clutter up the provided holders. But when those holders inevitably fail, this cable management system separates the range into two distinct displays, one on either side of each screen. This makes it easier to locate the cords and also simplifies managing the cable trays.
