Dual BMG Chimera+ for CR-10

**Attention: This will only work with a genuine e3d Chimera+. Clones have a different geometry, and I'll create a version for that once I get my hands on one.** After searching for a decent dual extrusion solution for the CR-10, I wasn't satisfied with the options available. I decided to take a BMG style approach and combine two of them to feed into an e3d Chimera+ hotend. I used the parts from two bmg clones I had lying around. You lose a bit of print area due to just the nature of this thing's size. I recommend using compact stepper drivers to help cut down on weight. Why should you print this? Well, you can have dual extrusion via a direct drive, which means no need for wasteful prime towers. I plan on designing a purge bucket with a silicone strip that can be used between tool changes. This is very much a prototype at the moment, so use it at your own risk. I've included a BL touch mount. The offset for this is X-27.4 (left of the primary nozzle) Y0 - you'd best calibrate this yourself to be sure. This is still very much a work in progress, so any feedback is appreciated. Included in this mod is my fan design for the Chimera+ (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3981201). **To-Do:** Add cable management points Add Marlin config Add Purge bucket Add cura extruder swapping scripts **Changelog:** 16/11/2019 - Added new fan design. This new design cools the hotends more effectively, which should result in better print quality. Requires 2 x 5015 fans. 13/10/2019 - Added a nut capture version of the base of the extruder (no need to use threaded inserts just use m3 nuts). 13/10/2019 - Increased hole size for BL touch mount threaded insert. - Moved BL touch mounting hole down slightly - Added a pillar for cable ties to tidy up cables - Minor geometry improvements 12/10/2019 - Added remixed fan 08/10/2019 - Added a raised version of the base so that the stepper motor clears the X axis motor mount. 26/09/2019 - Rotated STLs to best suited printing positions.
