Custom shroud that perfectly fits around the hot end of my printer, carefully crafted after some trial and error. I decided it was time to optimize the design by removing material from the heating block where the thermoresistor and heating element reside. If you choose to replicate this design, keep in mind these essential details: the nozzles are spaced 13.7mm apart the nozzles have a diameter of 15.8mm to fit snugly through a 16mm hole in the dual fans The fan blowers are mounted on an unconventional piece of plastic that I stumbled upon at a yard sale - maybe I'll model it and share it with the community if I get around to it. This custom shroud works surprisingly well, significantly reducing print failures. Yay for 3D printing innovations! Built-in supports are included, so be sure to review your slicer settings to ensure that only one layer is used to bridge between the two nozzles on top.
