I worked in beverage retail and used this to cut plastic wrapped bottles or skid wrap plastic. It's designed to be safe but if you really wanted to you could hurt yourself. So be careful. I used the thing for a few years at work so I never had any issues. You need a spinner bearing thing and 4 flat 4mm screws you can find at the local mom and pop hardware store. And you need a couple standard size old school razors which are cheap. The screws and whatnot shouldn't cost more than a few bucks. when replacing the blades you can un screw it and the holes on it allow you to put the blades in and take them out safely. this is an updated version of the one in the pics. This one has a ramp on the corners for cutting tape but I couldn't figure a way to do the bottom without the supports getting welded to the thing so. I don't know if it works that great but it looks cool. I included the original top in case that one doesn't work out. I designed it because at work we had to use safety cutters and I didn't like the bulky ones they gave us because I would end up cutting the product and it would spray me with colas. There was a guy at work that bought one from me but I never saw him use it which annoyed me a little. But maybe he just didn't want to break it or something. I don't know. It works best on plastic wrapped things. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VuQs7SxBlOI Here's an example of it in action. I hope you like. Also I don't remember the settings.
