Dual 80mm Solder Fume Extractor

I was rummaging through my workshop and stumbled upon a pair of 5V 80mm fans just collecting dust. I decided to put them to good use by creating a fume extractor. # Note This design prints fine as-is, but I'm still working on getting the optional backplate to hold its place properly without any modifications. I'll be tweaking that while keeping the rest of the parts exactly the same. # Features - Accepts standard 130x130x10mm carbon filters with ease. - The left side panel allows for a standard 15x20mm SPST switch and USB Type B port to be installed seamlessly. - Utilizes two 5V 80mm x 25mm fans, which can be easily replaced with 12V fans by swapping the USB plug for a barrel plug. - Snaps together effortlessly for easy gluing. - The back plate slides into place but doesn't require glue for easy fan replacement. - The edges for inserting the carbon filter are carefully chamfered, and there's an inverted arch at the top of the front grill to allow for simple removal of the filter. # Parts - 2x 80mm x 25mm 5V fans - 8x 30mm M4 pan head bolts - 2x 6mm (or larger) M4 pan head bolts - 2x 6mm diameter* M4 washers - 10x M4 hex nuts - 1x 15mm x 20mm SPST switch - 1x USB Type B connector [like this one](https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/cui-devices/UJ2-BV-1-TH/102-4000-ND/6187915) - Wires and solder Note: The 6mm diameter M4 washers are crucial for the screw terminals, and 8mm is a more common size. # Built in Screw Terminals There are two built-in screw terminals, one for positive leads and one for negative. This feature allows you to easily remove a dead fan without any hassle. They're not absolutely necessary, but they do come in handy. The screw terminals rely on the printed plastic to act as an electrical insulator. Printing this with electrically conductive plastic (metal doped) is NOT recommended. **If you use the screw terminals, make sure to test the resistance of your printed plastic!**
