Dual 80mm Fan Upgrade for 125w AM3+ Stock Cooler with Copper Heat Pipes
thingiverse
I was dissatisfied with how sweltering the VRM heat sink was getting on my inverted ATX motherboard and how earsplittingly loud the stock 70mm fan was on the heat sink, so I designed this solution. This replacement mounts two x 80mm fans that extend over the RAM and VRM heat sink to keep everything cool. I utilized Artic 80mm PWM fans with built-in 4pin splitters to preserve the PWM control of the factory fan. The result is that they move a lot more air, and are significantly quieter. If your fan and shroud resemble the last uploaded picture, then this modification should fit without issue (as long as your RAM does not protrude too high) Print Settings Printer Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts No Supports Yes Resolution .2mm Infill 100% Notes I recommend printing with the flat surface down. I needed to have supports to ensure that the tangs come out properly on the part that clips the assembly to the CPU cooler. Printed in PETG
