Dual 50KG Load Cell & HX711 Holder

This is a dual 50 KG load cell and associated HX711 amplifier holder. I'm using it to detect the presence in the bed of a handicapped relative. My intention is to use the setup to trigger a Zigbee door switch or leak detector so I can create whatever routines or automations I choose. Because the load cell wiring is somewhat fragile, I also made a 1.5mm cover. It can be attached to the bottom with a few spots of super glue. I haven't fully settled on the processor and will likely end up with an ESP32 and a small relay with dry contacts to operate the switch/sensor. The basic Arduino sketch runs fine on an Adafruit Metro Mini and most of the ESP32 variants.
