This is a dual 40mm fan housing unit designed for my direct drive extruder, accessible through this link. The parts that are part of this design can be seen in white on the picture below. Important: My hotend needs to be mounted with the heater facing the x carriage, while the back component of the hotend acts as a flow restriction. The required hardware includes 8x M3 nuts and 8x M10-14 screws for the fans. Additionally, I will need 2x M3x16 screws to attach the fan ducts to the HotEndBracket. To assemble this part: Print the components without support materials. Attach the fan housing units to the HotEndBracket using the provided M3 screws and replace it with the original one in your direct drive extruder.
