Dual 30mm Parts Cooling Duct and 40mm Heatsink Cooling Duct for E3D or v6 Clone Direct Feed or Bowden

This is an ongoing project, and I've printed the duct as it currently stands, with the left side touching the screw on the gantry. My goal is to design a better fitting, sturdier version. I encountered a problem with the two 30mm fans running in series. They work perfectly when connected in parallel but refuse to spin up when wired together. Additionally, they are significantly louder than I expected. Hopefully, this is due to testing them at 24v instead of 12v. To keep my project moving forward, I'm adding a buck converter. Since I had two spare 30mm fans, I decided to create a duct for two fans that integrates with what I already have. This summary will be updated as I refine and improve this setup. A V6 Direct Feed to Bowden adapter mount is also included in the design. Feel free to share your projects based on my designs!
