I recently acquired a Raspberry Pi 4b heatsink featuring dual 25mm 5v fans, but unfortunately, they produced an annoying humming noise. In response, I procured some 30mm 3-5v fans that are significantly quieter and designed a pair of adapters to accommodate both 30mm and 40mm fans. Utilizing either the 3-volt or 5-volt settings yields a considerable reduction in noise level. The fans come equipped with nuts and bolts, which, as you can observe, offer ample length for mounting.
