Dual 2.5" to single 3.5" bay adapter for SSDs and notebook drives

Yet another dual 2.5" to 3.5" drive bay adapter. This is a remix of the design by Dano1967, props to him/her. I remix'd this design because it provided a good compact adapter configuration, but it lacked side mounts, so I added a side mount plate to each side. Also, another goal of mine was to optimize his design for fast printing, so I removed some of the features of this design to get there. Lastly, I didn't place any holes for the 3.5" mounting. I usually need maximum flexibility on where I position these, so I usually don't use provided holes anyway... I just position this where I need it, and use self tapping screws to keep it in place.
