DtM v3.0 Face Shield (Headband Only) Due to overwhelming demand for medical equipment, GEEK MEDIA & Pollute Free Initiative have launched a drive to produce these masks using Anti-Microbial PUREMENT PLA. The first shipment will be donated to St. Joseph's Hospital, located nearest to our Toronto office in Canada. May 14th, 2020 - Upgraded nozzle design to 1.0mm for enhanced print quality. - Modified .3mf & .stl files to feature the Geek Media Watermark (a lowercase "g" on the top left side of the headband). May 13th, 2020 - Revised g-code file to include Kosher Infill at 60,120,180 degrees, replacing the previous 0 and 90-degree settings. April 8th, 2020 - Created a new file, "3pieces_SM_MED_LG_DtM-v3.3mf," which allows for the arrangement of four pieces, targeting smaller to medium-sized craniums (still in development). .gcode files have been prepared for .8mm nozzles. April 7th, 2020 - Located the original file on https://3dprint.nih.gov. - Designed a GM DtM-v3 3pcs.stl file tailored to fit three pieces on one build plate specifically for our CR-10S 300x300 area.
