The dTitan Geared Extruder is built on the E3D Titan extruder spare parts, specifically the gear and hob. The exterior design was inspired by my remix Drakon reinforced extruder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2575076) of Drakon Geared Extruder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2172854). The main difference between this model and the original Drakon Geared Extruder is that it uses manufactured gears from E3D Titan kits. The interior of the extruder has been significantly modified to accommodate these gears. The gear ratio remains the same as on the E3D Titan, making it suitable for both Direct Drive and Bowden setups. You can also redesign the spacer part dtitan-p3d.stl to fit any other mounts. The normal version kit includes: * dtitan-p1d.stl - top main body part * dtitan-p2d.stl - bottom main body part * dtitan-p3d.stl - spacer mount part * dtitan-p4b.stl - filament guide part * dtitan-p5m6b.stl or dtitan-p5m6.stl - adapter to PC4-M6 fitting * dtitan-p6.1d.stl - idler arm main part * dtitan-p6.2d.stl - idler arm inner part The mirror version kit includes the same parts as the normal version, but with a mirrored design. To assemble the dTitan Geared Extruder, you will need: * gear and hob from E3D Titan extruder (or its clones) * 2x MR95ZZ bearing * 1x 623ZZ bearing * M3x12mm bolts (3 pieces) to connect motor and spacer * M3x10mm bolts (4 pieces) for the idler arm * M3x25mm bolts (3 pieces) for main body * M2x35mm bolts (2 pieces) to mount main body to spacer * M2x40mm bolt (1 piece) for gear axis (it can be 35-45mm depending on your mount or motors) * M3 nuts (7 pieces) * M4x15mm bolt (1 piece) for spring * M4 nut (1 piece) * spring * M3 washer (1 piece) Update: On November 28, 2018, I uploaded the step files for remixes.
