DTI gauge holder for bed leveling on the Da Vinci Jr.

I tweaked a hot end conversion bracket to support a DTI gauge on my Da Vinci Jr.'s print head carrier, making it easier to level my bed. Apparently, XYZ claims their setup is perfectly level, but I'm not convinced! Next, I created an updated mark 2 bracket with mounting holes to attach the DTI gauge directly. I spaced the centers 33mm apart, but haven't put it to the test yet - use at your own risk. Later, I introduced a mark 3 version after realizing that securing the DTI gauge would require drilling into its back. To fix this issue, I added a cover plate for the back and recessed the screw holes so the original screws can still be used. As always, no guarantees since I haven't tried it myself yet! To give you more flexibility, I left a 20x20mm hole open to accommodate another fixing option in case you need something else.
