dsoxlan supports for Agilent/Keysight DSO2000/3000 scopes

There are several do-it-yourself circuit board designs available for adding an Ethernet connection to DSO2000/3000 series oscilloscopes. One such board is offered by OSHPark and can be attached to another OSHPark board to provide a secure hold in place. An elegant 3D printed case design, dsoxlan, exists for another board layout, but unfortunately, the Ethernet jack is centered rather than offset like the OSHPark board. I was unable to figure out how to modify the .stl file from that design using OpenScad. This is a simple and functional design that I came up with. The OpenScad design is quite rough, and now that I have working parts, I see no reason to clean it up. The print itself is relatively straightforward. Instead of searching for small bolts, I used hot glue to secure the supports to the board.
