Battery extension for the educational DSO138 oscilloscope. The housing fits seamlessly onto the acrylic enclosure, replacing the right section adjacent to the power jack. It features a mounting point for the JYE140 step-up converter and a slide switch. However, an additional Lipo charger PCB is necessary to charge the Lipo via USB. A small Lipo battery from a drone was utilized, providing approximately 1 hour of power to the DSO. A second, larger version is available for use with a bigger battery.
