I screw on this accessory to my NexStar SLT Alt/Az Goto mount using my DSLR. It might also fit other mounts, though. I placed a support structure inside the hole where the screw goes! Easy enough to take out with a cutter. Edit: A more solid version exists now - it comes in two parts and needs to be glued together but must then be modified by filing, modeling, or just using heat to get an exact fit for your camera!
