DSLR Time Lapse Trigger

DSLR Time Lapse Trigger

This is a custom setup created to enable time-lapse photography by moving the print head to the right after each layer and taking a photo. To implement this feature, you'll need to figure out how to connect it to your printer's circuitry. In my case, I used a Velleman FreeWave Plus remote control that I modified by soldering wires to the button to activate the camera trigger. Here is the G-code I used for layer changes: G1 X246 Y205 F3000; Move away from the print G4 S0; Wait for move to finish G4 P900; Wait 900ms Special thanks go out to Vedran Marjanovic Wekster for his assistance with crafting this custom G-code. The switch will require a metal arm, which you'll need to bend slightly to clear the P.I.N.D.A. mount. You can use a zip tie from your Prusa build kit - chances are you have some extras left over.
