I'm working on a DSLR slider design that's still in its first version. Maybe next month, I'll be able to upgrade it to the second version. For now, let's just say it's a work in progress... To be honest, I've been experimenting with some black silicon glue for the wheels, and the results aren't exactly what I was hoping for. To make matters worse, I'm having trouble separating the bearings from the wheels that are already assembled using AB glue. As a result, if you do decide to print this slider, you might need to adjust the diameter or scale it up/down depending on your needs. Here's a rundown of the materials I used: carbon fiber pipes with an outer diameter of 15mm; bearings measuring 8mm in ID and 16.5mm in OD; M430mm screws for the wheels (4 total); M425mm screws for the holder (4 total); M4 nuts (8 total); and finally, M4*50mm screws for standing (4 total). One last thing to note: I've included four holes on each side of the holder, which should make it easy to customize with electronic motors and belts if you're into that sort of thing.
