All you need is one 3/4 inch long and two 6 inch long 1/4-20 bolts, a few nuts, and a washer, along with a 3D printer. I printed mine in ABS and HTPLA, both materials seeming to work great for this project. It's a pretty sturdy rig that should fit most cameras on top. I added a few extra mount holes, one being a 3/8 hole to accommodate the big bolt hole for Rode mics. It also works well for action cams mounted in the main camera spot.
