This is a replacement spindle for a DSI paper tape punch, model NC2400. The spindle has been split in two halves. A small hole is provided in each half for an optional indexing pin, wooden dowel, or whatever is handy to align the two halves. Apply glue and then clamp the halves together until the glue dries. Print settings aren't terribly critical.
