When you want to store your cartridges with silicon, glue, acrylic etc. in a rack, but they only fit horizontally and you don't want them scattered across the shelf. You can place two cartridges on the rack, then add two holders facing downwards and another two cartridges on top. Alternatively, place two holders facing down, followed by two cartridges, then two more holders and finally two more cartridges.
