I just needed a simple LED rail holder from AliExpress that runs on 5V, which I ordered. Maybe someone else will find this useful too. The holder is 13.8mm wide, so I made a few adjustments to make it fit perfectly. No glue required, it holds the bar securely in place. Thanks to the original designer for creating such a great design. I made my modifications using Tinkercad.
