Why?My buddy showed me those when we were talking about a drywall ceiling I was about to put up in my living room. While many different tools like that exist already I wanted to make my own to practice CAD and add mounting for the “laser shield”The model is mine and made from scratch, but I can't claim the idea is original, there's plenty of tools like that. I made one to practice and add the laser shield.FeaturesYou can install the whole CD60 profile framing basically on your own, level everything nicely with the help of a laser and then screw the profiles to the hooks without much hassle (one that tried to do this with two hands know how tricky this work is).Print settings No supportsUse something else than PLA, PETG is fine0.3 mm layer height0.45 mm wall width15% infillBill Of MaterialsFor one mount you'll need:ItemQtyDescriptionM8 screw 30-40mm2See drawing bellow for details on the lengthM8 nuts4 gk_mount_base1Printedgk_mount_nut2Printed You can use almost any M8 screw that sticks out about 18mm from the base of the nut into the base part. If using a cap head that can go into the nut a 30mm screw is great. If the screw has a head that won't fit inside then a 40mm is good.If you'd like to use the “laser shield” you need a few additional parts listed below. You might want to print 5 of those in total and have only 2 with the shield.ItemQtyDescriptionHeat inserts M3 x D4.6 x L4.02-42 pcs for each side, one side might be enoughDIN 912 M3 x 8mm2-4Same deal as above, 2 might be enoughgk_mount_plate1Printed, pause before the last layer stars to switch to a different color
