Drylin Style Bushing RJ4JP-01-08 RJ4JP-01-10 (LM8UU and LM10UU direct replacement)
thingiverse
I downloaded this design from the IGUS website and modified it for PLA printing, enlarging the center hole. It fits perfectly on an 8mm rod with my MK2. The V2 version is a modification of the original, which some sources claim works better than the standard pattern. I don't have personal experience to confirm this, but you can try downloading and testing it if interested. I don't design these bushings; credit goes to IGUS or its creators. Happy Printing! UPDATE: 10mm version uploaded due to popular demand. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa MK2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200, 100 microns Notes: This design prints best in PLA filament, which outperforms other materials. For optimal results, use three perimeters and a minimum of 10% infill. Layer height is not crucial.
