I upgraded the existing designs to achieve a minimum use of materials even when printing with 100% infill and maximum functionality, ensuring that the clip no longer falls off. Using PETG to print produces a more flexible part, but PLA might also work. To assemble the clip, avoid pushing it over the middle of the wing tube and instead use the corners since the inner section of the tube corners are bent in at my drying racks, allowing the clip to slide on smoothly around the corner. Then simply push the clip to the middle of the tube. Now version 3 is included with no design change but double width (30mm) for increased stability. A FreeCAD model is also provided so you can make your own adjustments as needed.
