The goal of our project, named "Drying Oven," is to design and manufacture a vacuum oven utilizing infrared heat to dry food samples. Throughout the process, it will measure and record data such as temperature, internal pressure, and sample weight. The team members include Ahmed Elsead, Hassan Ahmed, and Mohamed Ellwatty, working from July 2016 onwards. Data collected will be monitored using Matlab in the form of charts and tables on a computer.
