I strongly advise against printing in PLA, as the heat from the dryer will undoubtedly damage them irreparably. This was my very first design-from-scratch project in Fusion 360. I had noticed that two-thirds of my dryer vent flaps were missing and birds were starting to get inventive ideas. The remaining portion of the vent is rapidly degrading due to excessive UV exposure, which should keep it functional for a considerable time longer while maintaining the draft and keeping animals out.
