Dryer Idler Pulley UPGRADE with bearings

we are constantly replacing our Dryer Idler pulley due to the fact that the shaft is in constant contact with the non lubricating bushing. Dust, dirt and belt misaligned will bind the idler pulley and jam it up then causing the belt to slip around the pulley, the excessive heat will "burn" and pop the plastic away from the bushing causing the safety switch to trip and now it needs to be fixed. I designed this new Idler pulley ( PETG ) to accept 2 bearings 1/2" ID x 1-1/8 OD X 5/16" press-fit from each side and then slide back on the shaft. the files also include the plastic triangle if yours is broken.. What i did is remove the shaft section with 1 bolt and i drilled a small hole in the end to place a cotter pin in place.
