To prevent the filament from absorbing moisture and degrading, such as ABS, ASA or water-soluble filaments, it should always be kept dry

To ensure that the filament remains dry during printing, it is recommended to print directly from the Drybox.

For this purpose I have an adaptive outlet which can be closed again after printing by inserting a lid.

The design is made for the Festo QSM-M5 fittings. These can be easily tightened with an open-end wrench. Due to the countersink it seals well.

For the attachment to the drybox I recommend to use more glue instead of screws, because the glue also acts as a seal.

Do not glue your fingers when sticking the glue ;D and roughen the glue surface to increase the adhesion.

You are welcome to remix and split the model. I am interested in your opinion, because only through feedback you can become better :P

Happy Printing :D

Print instructions

For the outlet system you need a Festo QSM-M5 fitting, fitting adapte, lid and a holder.

The layer height for an optimal result is 0,15mm.

PRUSAMENT PETG JetBlack was printed with a nozzle temperature of 240/250°C and a bed temperature of 85/90°C.

Extrusionfactor 0.95 (variable)
100% Infill
