DryBox (filter + spool holder)
thingiverse
Attachments for a Drybox: 1.) A 8mm rod holder: I used a hollow rod from Obi. If you have perfectly straight 90° walls in your dry box (which is extremely rare), you can use one ball bearing per wall of type 608ZZ. I omitted them and simply place the axis inside, securing it with double-sided adhesive tape, such as Tesa Powerbond. 2.) Spool holder The spool holder (L+R for small spools) can be enlarged by adding a middle piece M at will. It requires two ball bearings of type 608ZZ. 3.) Filament filter It consists of three parts and is secured with double-sided adhesive tape inside and outside. Only a small 3mm hole in the box is needed (hence the extra effort for the three parts). I filled it with simple air-purifying wadding used for aquariums.
