I designed my own outlet for a dry box I was building since I started printing with TPU. Just print Inlet.stl and Outlet.stl in PLA, and both seals in TPU. I used the Outlet.stl to mark the 5 holes on my Ikea 365+ Box. - You'll need to drill the outer 4 holes with a 3mm drill bit and the inner one with a 4mm drill bit. - Place 4x M3 nuts into the Inlet.stl and screw a PC4-M10 pneumatic fitting into the Outlet.stl. - Now stick 4 M3 screws through the Outlet.stl and the Outlet_Seal.stl, then place these two parts on the outside of your dry box. - Stick the Inlet_seal.stl and the Inlet.stl on the inside of your dry box and fasten the 4 screws. - Next, you can push a small piece of PTFE tube through the pneumatic fitting. This should provide a pretty good seal against air moisture.
