Drybox filament feeder with filter (PC4-M6)
thingiverse
Update 10-Nov-2018: Enhanced the inner cap design and incorporated an outside cap to seal unused feeders. Additionally, included a 45-degree angle feature. This is my approach to creating a drybox feeder system. I aimed for a solution where the interior of the box remains isolated from the exterior while still feeding filament. This is achieved by inserting a sponge into the inner compartment of the feeder and screwing on the cap while introducing the filament. It's also possible to apply oil (WD40) onto the sponge to slightly lubricate the filament. The filament can then be fed into a PTFE tube, which extends to your extruder. Required hardware per feeder: 1. PC4-M6 build coupler 2. 2x M3 x 12 screws 3. 2x M3 hex nuts 4. 2x M3 washers (optional) 5. PTFE tube
