Drybox bowden header
thingiverse
Video of setup: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SCYGJywqfRY&ab_channel=evilC This thing is to allow you to run bowden tubes from your dry box to your printer. Each tube terminates in a "header" that sits on top of the mounting plate and has an end-cap to stop air getting in. The end-cap is big enough such that there is enough tubing left exposed to grab onto, and enough space for some filament to be poking out of the end of the tube. It is primarily designed for Direct Drive systems, but I guess it would work with Bowden extruders, although positioning may not be ideal In my example, I use a PC4-M10 bowden adapter on each tube to stop the tube from being able to go too far into the recess, but I guess anything could be used, even some tape wrapped around the tube. All the STLs in this thing assume an M5x20 bolt to mount the mounting plate to your extrusion, although this can easily be tweaked using the User Parameters of the Fusion360 CAD file linked below (Modify > User Parameters). You will need 2 bolts per header, along with 2 T-nuts All STLs are also sized for 20mm high extrusion. Again, this can be tweaked via parameters The Mounting plate should be printed in something rigid, but the headers need to be printed in something flexible (eg TPU) so that the strap on the cap is flexible Original Fusion360 CAD file: https://a360.co/3cbeXfo
