<p>I've seen a <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/hotas/comments/tq6u3b/vkb_trudder_damper_mod/">great idea on reddit</a>, but there was no stl available. So here is a quick implementation of it.</p><p>You can see it in action <a href="https://imgur.com/npItsoL">here</a></p><p>You can try without spring, but to be honest feels a bit odd. With spring, however, these are awesome and give this extra smooth feel, allowing to have “pedal trim” closer to the center (about 50% of axis for me)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I have printed this in 0.2 layers on 0.4 nozzle with nylon. You would need an m3x14 or longer bolt to tighten this one up. You can try other materials, but without removing the spring or reducing the tention, it would be challenging to tighten it properly.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Version 1 is really a proof of concept and can give an opportunity to test your materials and printer. The sizes are tuned to my printer and nylon. If it doesn't work for you, there is fusion360 project attached, which should be enough to customize your needs.</p>
