I tried many PTFE holders for tubes coming out of my dry box that is located on the side of my printer, but there was always something I didn't like about them, so I created my own that would fit my needs. It's pretty strong, so it allows only the end of the PTFE tube to move where the filament is needed - exactly what I was looking for. It holds a 4mm PTFE tube. I printed it with PETG, but I'm sure other materials like PLA will work as well. Used supports and 20% fill, but feel free to experiment.
