I came up with this design of filament charger for dry box which requires a single simple 10mm hole. You can use a PTFE tube of 4 mm outer diameter and 2 mm inner diameter. You can add a TPU (Part III) or silicone seal or o-ring. Screwless! Tolerances between parts I and II are adapted to a print with a 0.4 nozzle. Many tests and adjustments have been made. Simple hand tightening is sufficient. I use PETG with a 0.4 nozzle with 0.2 50% infill is enough, it's up to you! It's simple, effective and more than enough.
