I just picked up a brand new E-Drum set and my mind immediately turned to storage. With the drum situated in the center of my room, I needed a convenient spot for my sticks. I got out my tape measure to gauge the diameters of both the legs on the drum and the sticks themselves. The design that unfolded is surprisingly practical - a simple holder with a rotating head that accommodates different stick sizes. Although it fits perfectly on 38mm legs and is designed to snugly grasp sticks measuring approximately 14mm in diameter, I suspect it may work just as well for slightly larger or smaller diameters too. You're welcome to try this out if you like the design but find yourself in need of adjustments for a different leg size. Simply give me a shout - and if I'm able to verify it's necessary - I can even add Tinkercad links to make remixing easier. Assembly Instructions: For the most part, there isn't much to do here. If you run into trouble with the head of this holder, similar to how I did initially, then all you need is a trusty Exacto knife on hand and just lower that first print speed down a notch or two, roughly around 35% should give it some breathing room. And let's get in touch - I'm eager to hear how well this thing holds up for you.
