Uses 1" (2.54cm) fine thread drywall screws. (#6). I used a 1/4-20 bolt for the one I made and it worked great. Double the sandpaper at the end, stick it in the slot and screw it down. Keep the drill in forward. The 40mm STL is made to the width of emery cloth, but you can use sheet sandpaper cut to size like I did in the picture. Print the shell and the top & bottom pretty thick. I use a 0.6mm nozzle with 0.3mm layers so I went with 2.4mm shell and 2.4mm top & bottom. 30% infill
