Drum rack insert for microphone stand

Another part for my drumkit fits snugly inside a metal cylinder on my Gibraltar rack. The standard diameter is easily changed through the code. I secure the cone by tightening an M5 screw and nut until it locks in place within the cylinder. A smaller rod can be inserted to support various objects, including cymbals or microphones. This rod can be snugly held in place with two additional M5 nuts and bolts. This part is perfect for my microphone stand but not heavy-duty enough for a ride cymbal. It requires some caution due to sturdiness issues, particularly when using long rods, as the longer arm exerts more force on the joint. To reduce edge torq, I sanded the cone's horizontal layers vertically, which helps the cone slide into its insert smoothly. This doesn't seem to be a major issue as everything locks securely in place with the main bolt tightened. This design is specifically optimized for use with M5 bolts and nuts.
