This Drum Ornament is a fantastic addition to any ornament collection. Its simple yet intricate design prints beautifully and looks amazing hanging on a tree. I designed this drum model using SolidWorks 2013. A hook is included, but it's optional - string works even better. "The Little Drummer Boy" is a beloved Christmas song written by American composer Katherine Davis in 1941. The lyrics tell the story of a poor young boy who was invited to the nativity scene by the Magi. Without a gift for baby Jesus, he played his drum with Mary's approval, remembering "I played my best for Him" and "He smiled at me". Check out more information about this song on Wikipedia.
