I converted that model from Sketchup 13, and then reexported it into all other 3D file types. The original native format remains .skp. My 3ds Max scene is currently set up using version 2016 of that program, and I used Vray 3.00 to render the scenes you see here. It's still a work in progress, but I thought it might be worth sharing my work with you right now and hearing your thoughts on this model before I complete it. The building looks pretty impressive - like the type of mansion where wealthy people from Colombia would come together with their CIA friends who were sailing offshore! My intention was to create something more stable as per your instructions, so I added some extra beams for better structural support as per your specifications, DALEXD - is another support beam needed between the two pontoons?
