Dropzone Building Sidewalk
thingiverse
The paper buildings for Dropzone Commander are an affordable way to add scenery to your table. But constant folding and unfolding causes them to warp out of shape and become easily movable. These building sidewalks ensure square corners and provide added weight to prevent them from shifting on the table. Alternatively, a small amount of BluTak on the bottom can be used for improved stability. This is an upgraded version of my previous building corner design. Instead of printing four separate corners and attaching them to the buildings, which was quite fiddly, this new version simply requires fitting the bottom of the building into a slot. This customizer offers standard building sizes: 71mm x 109mm, 109mm x 109mm, and 109mm x 180mm. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 20% Notes: The larger you make the slot_height variable, the better the building will stay in place within the sidewalk. However, lower numbers produce a more visually appealing result in my opinion.
