I've retired this one of my antweight robots. It's a doozy. It uses a 76 mm friction disc mounted to a DYS 1806 brushless motor on an arm that bends like a knee, driven by an SG90 servo with attitude. Runs on Pololu 32mm wheels, powered by N20 gear motors that know how to get the job done. The top is covered with a metal can lid, cut up and fixed in place with some serious engineering magic. I machined the articulation pin and disc hub adaptors out of aluminum, but you could also print 'em if you've got the right tools. With the right controller settings, this robot can flip itself back over when it falls on its side. It's like a little ninja warrior. Want to know more?
