Dropper post remote
thingiverse
Hello, so I got tired of the flimsy dropper post lever on my bike and decided to create one that's incredibly smooth and has lightning-fast actuation. After numerous revisions, the final product turned out exactly as I envisioned. I designed the lever in Fusion 360 with precision and care. It was then printed using a Prusa MK3 3D printer for maximum quality. The printing process involved Matterhackers PETG filament for added durability. To assemble the lever, you'll need a few essential components: A sealed bearing is crucial for smooth operation - I recommend an 8x22x7 mm 1-608 bearing. You'll also need one M5x25mm cap head bolt for added stability. Additionally, two M4x8mm cap head screws and two M4 square nuts will secure the lever in place. Two more components are required: two M3x14mm cap head screws and two M3 square nuts.
